Not completeHere, take some antibiotics, they will clear up the sore throat though your boy will become autistic

Quite a day. So. Where do I start? Today begin as yesterday left off really. You were quite shaky. Not shaking, just not particularly stable emotionally. It's weird, but your improvements are still there, the eye contact and understanding. The language is still definitely better, but you have begun this sort of screeching when you don't get your own way. You've strangely become addicted to your dummy again. Things to be honest got too much for me this morning, and I broke. Mummy rang Safta to see if you could go there because I was having a bit of a crisis but she was on the way to Rehovot. Around 11.30 you asked to go to sleep, and I have to say I was relieved. I took you to bed and let you sleep. Mummy was very supportive and told me I should go to sleep too. However, I was just too stressed waiting for Roni to tell me what was in the results from Great Plains and from Genova. I had expected one through last night, but they arrived at lunchtime.

I'll scan them in and post them up in time, but they said that you had several mineral deficiencies. Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) and you need 50mg a day of that. You also need 50mg a day of coenzyme Q10. You have a problem with Clostridia Difficile (colitis), which is apparent naturally occurring in the gut, but is the main and most serious cause of antibiotic associated diarrhoea. Antibiotics stop the good flora and Clostridia difficile takes over, releasing toxins. Guess where they end up? Anyway, it looks like you need something like Culturelle to treat it or Saccharomyces Boulardii (both probiotics, though it seems that the latter is more effective according to Wikipedia). Kirkman's do both the Culturelle and the Saccharomyces Boulardii though they might not be strong enough. I also have a feeling that they don't last long and might not be able to be shipped abroad. You show signs of stress it appears, no idea why, but you need (at least) Vitamin C. Roni told us to order it last time, so she either knew you would have 'stress' or thought that you would be short of Vitamin C for another reason. We've already ordered the Vitamin B6 too, in Super Nu Thera. You need 500-1000mg of L-carnitine it seems to oxidise your fatty acids. I have no idea what that means. The Kirkman's dose is only 250mg though. Because of the yeast in the GI tract, it looks like you need to get some 5HTP. All that came from the urine sample sent to Great Plains Laboratory.

The stools were sent to Genova Diagnostics. They tell the story. You've got no parasites or ova, which is good. The bad news is that you have massively high yeast readings. If I am reading the reports right, the stools were infected with various bacteria and tested. And it appears that amoxycillin has no effect. Now, I might be wrong, and I'll check this. But that is the antibiotic you have been given since the start, and if it doesn't work. Shit, it is too sickening to think about. This pummelling of your systems with antibiotics since you were in hospital with meningitis at 8 weeks. Bouts and bouts of tonsilitis have just destroyed your gut - they are not called antibiotics because they promote life are they. So there you go, the antibiotics fucked you. This article sort of explains how.

Oddly, after your sleep, you were in an excellent mood, just a different boy. If that doesn't convince me that you are suffering from food-induced mood swings. Too much fruit or bread or whatever and you go fuzzy. Get the diet right and you are very happy, calm and, well, just regular.
