You woke up at 7am today, in better form than yesterday. You've got a few pimples appearing on your arms and legs, as well as some on your face. Not huge ones or anything, just a few. The sort of thing that says to someone else, you're detoxing. Interesting. Because hopefully you are.
Your language was excellent this morning. The phrasing was less rigid, more varied.
Today's Food
Breakfast: Cornflakes and Rice Milk. Date and Banana Shake with calcium powder in.
Snack: Apple. A dozen gummy bears. Half a dozen strawberries stolen from a market stall.
Lunch: Two bits of chocolate cake.
Dinner: Vegetable patty (taken, smelt, refused). Rice & Quinoa Pasta with homemade tomato sauce (refused).
